Shipping + Returns

Domestic Shipping

Packages are sent by United States Post Office First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or, United States Post Office Express Mail.

Everyear Activewear will normally ship goods ordered within two business days of the time the order is made and paid for. You will be notified by email when your order is actually shipped.

Please note: All shipments include a handling fee as well as the actual shipping cost.

International Shipping

Packages are sent by United States Post Office Global Express Mail with signature required.

Everyear Activewear will ship goods ordered within three business days of the time the order is made and paid for. You will be notified by email when your order is actually shipped.

Depending on the country the order is shipped to, you may be reponsible for a customs charge on the value of your order.

Free Shipping

We offer everyday free shipping for orders of $100 or more to delivery addresses in the United States. These packages will ship by USPS First Class Mail.

We also run free shipping promotions from time to time. The promotion may or may not require a coupon code or minimum purchase. In these cases, the delivery service is USPS First Class Mail for domestic and Canadian delivery addresses, and USPS Priority or Express Mail service for overseas delivery addresses.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days or for an online credit within 60 days from the original purchase date. Clearance and second quality items can be returned for an online credit only. Merchandise must be unworn and accompanied by the invoice/packing slip. We'll also accept the return of defective or incorrect merchandise.

Unworn items are in new condition with original tags. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn or is not in the condition in which it was received. If you are unsure about the fit, we recommend trying out your new outfit-bend and stretch-before you wear and sweat in it.

Damaged/Defective items have a manufacturers defect or exhibit damage not associated with normal wear. Upon receipt of damaged/defective merchandise by Everyear Activewear a replacement will be sent.

Incorrect items are different (size, color, or style) than what you ordered.

Please note all refunds, returns or exchanges for items purchased through a retail outlet other than everywearactivewear.com must be handled by the original location of purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an unworn item for a different one, please place another order for the item you want and return the item you don't want to us for a refund. Merchandise must be unworn with the tags still attached. If you would like an exchange, place another order online and we'll credit you for your return once it is received. (Sorry, we cannot accept requests for exchanges mailed with your return.)

Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock. Availability of items changes quickly. If you wait to place a new order until after your return is processed, items in your original piece may no longer be available.

Packing & Shipping Your Return

When you send an item to us, please include the invoice/packing slip and circle the item(s) you are returning, write in the reason for return, and include the printout with your return. If you no longer have the invoice or packing slip, please include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone number, what you are returning and why. Keep a copy for your records. 

We do not pay for shipping charges on return postage. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. We recommend that all returns be sent via a tracable service. Everyear Activewear will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please allow two weeks from the shipping date for your return to be processed and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. The original credit card used for the order will be credited.
